The hotel's rooms were spotless and well cared for. They were small but exceptionally well designed, so there was room for everything. Modern, luxurious, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Additionally, the spacious rooms were equipped to a very high standard with modern fittings.

The hotel had such elegance to it, with cozy rooms filled with pleasant details like a Dyson hair dryer and complimentary water, but cleanliness was not consistent throughout my stay. The service was wonderful, not just in the rooms but also in the public areas, with fantastic staff who were immensely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for shopping along Mariahilfer Straße or strolling to the Museum Quarter, offering easy access to public transport. The dining experience exceeded expectations with delicious meals in a nice and arty environment. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay with a few cleanliness issues.

The dining experience was exceptional, with a delightful a la carte menu offering a wide range of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were not big, but they were extremely plush with all the essentials and cutting-edge technology for lights, mobile phone recharging, and the bathroom. The service was top-notch, from the lovely lady who cleaned our room to the helpful employees at the front desk, bar, and welcome staff. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Vienna's main attractions. The dining experience was of excellent quality, but unfortunately, it did not match the standard of the hotel. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Vienna.
